Overview

Our region and healthcare environment are rapidly changing, with growing demand for health services, increasing technological integration in healthcare, and an increasing need for health providers partnering to provide person centred care.

Gold Coast Health is undertaking strategic planning for the next phase of growth for our health services. The Gold Coast Health Strategic Plan 2024-2028 will set the direction of the health service over the next four years through defining a set of guiding strategic priorities and actions areas.

In parallel to this the Gold Coast Primary Health Network is undertaking the annual Health Needs Assessment, which aims to identify the changing health needs of the Gold Coast population.

Gold Coast Health and Gold Coast Primary Health Network are jointly running this survey, supporting an integrated health care system for the Gold Coast population.
