2024 Enhancing Immunisation GP practice baseline survey

Overview

As part of the GP Enhancing Childhood Immunisation project, you are invited to share your thoughts on current childhood immunisation processes at your GP practice. The responses collected in this survey will be used to evaluate the project and may be used to inform immunisation strategies for the Gold Coast community.

This survey will take five to ten minutes to complete. You will not be identified in any reporting on this survey.

The data from this survey will be used for research purposes, approved by the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service Human Research Ethics Committee.

Why your views matter

The aim of the survey is to help evaluate the Enhancing Childhood Immunisation project and understand the barriers and enablers to childhood immunisation in the Gold Coast Community.
