Back in 2019 we surveyed patients and consumers, using these questions, and implemented some changes to the way we communicate. The purpose of this survey is to measure the impact of these changes

What happens next
Thank you to the consumers who participated in this survey. Results from the current project will be used to conduct a comparative analysis against results from the same questionnaire conducted in 2019.
The findings will guide the next actions towards improving health literacy at Gold Coast Health.
